FROST is designed to save the busy FCL manager time by automating regular tasks.

FROST is available from the FROSTByte team of Phil Wright & Raxita Kantaria.  Phil provides the technical solutions and co-runs the Wakefield FCL centres with his wife Ailsa.  Raxita provides the admin support and runs a busy FCL centre in St John's Wood, London.

Prepare for FROST.  If you already have a spreadsheet with your student details, you can get ready for FROST with a tool we have prepared.  email support@frostbyte.me for details.

FROST provides a range of functions, including:

  • worksheet setting (automatically!)

  • complex setting patterns

  • managing students

  • automatic stock management

  • minimum stock levels

  • stocktaking

  • stock ordering

  • managing Handbooks

  • printing of weekly worksheets

  • printing of Theme Pages and DU texts.

FROST uses the latest FCL Order forms and helps to ensure efficient and cost effective worksheet stock holdings.

FROST will be available from the end of January 2012. To run FROST you will need a PC with Microsoft Excel 2007 or later.  FROST costs £350 including email support for two years.

FROST is under continuous development to bring you the features that will help run your centre even more successfully. Enhancements to FROST are provided free of charge while you have free support, as are any updates required when new FCL modules are added to the portfolio.
